Get it Hot and Hit it Hard! 🔥🔨 A Very Hands-On Introduction to Blacksmithing
April 26 @ 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Amy—your local Realestateologist—has a slightly unhinged (and extremely satisfying) hobby she’s ready to share with the Wilton Women’s Week community: blacksmithing.
If you’ve ever wanted to hit hot steel with a hammer, channel your inner warrior, or just watch sparks fly while cheering on your favorite badass, this is your moment.
This is a free, hands-on introduction to blacksmithing, held in a real shop with real fire and real tools. The number of participants who can actually work the metal is limited to eight (8)—so if you want to swing the hammer, you must register. Friends are welcome to come hang out, spectate, hype you up, or just enjoy the air-conditioned chill zone.
****Important***** (aka: don’t show up in sandals):
Closed-toe shoes required
Cotton or denim clothing only (fire-resistant is the goal; synthetic fabrics are a hard no)
Water, gloves, and safety glasses will be provided for participants working the metal
Waiver required before participation
If you’re coming to hang out rather than hit steel:
BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage)
Bring Your Own Chair
Come forge something cool, laugh a lot, meet amazing women, and maybe discover that hitting hot metal is exactly the therapy you didn’t know you needed.
🔥 Strong arms. Strong community. Strong vibes. 🔥
