DESCRIPTION:Just a gentle sunrise moment for community members who love the sun and sea.  \nA peaceful morning of gentle sounds and vibration as the sun rises at 6:30.  Bring a chair or towel to relax on the beach as we welcome the new day with a peaceful\, meditative journey. \nMeet north of the pier in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea to watch the sun rise\, feel the sand beneath your feet\, and soak in the saltwater if you’d like. Bring a hot beverage and any food you might want to enjoy while spending time together in the quiet beauty of the morning. \nLauderdale-by-the-Sea is home to one of the only shore-accessible coral reefs in Florida\, just a short swim from the beach near the pier. Bring your snorkeling gear if you’d like to explore the reef\, or simply bring a towel and relax on the beach. \nArrive before 6:45 am to catch the sunrise — or after if you aren’t a super early bird. Look for the colorful group with a rainbow flag.
